  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in overseeing multiple concepts simultaneously
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across different restaurant environments
    • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization
    • Superior customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
    • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in handling operational challenges
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • Current Food Safety Certification required
    • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
    • Familiarity with local food regulations and health codes in South Carolina and Georgia
    • Willingness and ability to relocate to Columbia SC, Florence SC, or Savannah GA
