Mechanical Machine Builder
Ramsey, MN | Direct Hire | $25 - $35/hour

We are looking for skilled mechanical technicians to assemble, maintain, and repair custom automated machines, ensuring to meet high standards. Work from technical drawings, diagnose mechanical and pneumatic issues and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. Occasional travel (10-20%) may be required for machine installations and emergency repairs.

Machine Builder Responsibilities

• Assemble custom machines using 2D and 3D prints
• Make precise adjustments to machine components to maintain consistent product quality
• Use technical documentation and diagnostic tools to repair mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and support to resolve machine issues, and implement upgrades or modifications to improve machine performance
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and relevant industry standards

Machine Builder Qualifications

• Experience in machine assembly and troubleshooting, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required (10-20%).
