Overview: This role involves safely operating machinery, maintaining quality and production standards, and working efficiently with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Count and stack finished products.
• Understand customer specifications using factory work orders and design instructions.
• Perform basic math calculations and read measuring tools like tape measures and gauges.
• Collaborate with team members to set up and run production orders.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Conduct quality inspections and tests, documenting results accurately.
• Continuously monitor production quality and quantity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 months of experience in industrial manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience in corrugated manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately read measuring tools and apply basic math skills.
