Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate their laminating equipment and ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the laminator efficiently while adhering to production goals and maintaining the quality of the products through effective operation, inspection, and packaging processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the laminator machine to produce products according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production with minimal downtime.
• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
• Package finished products safely and according to proper specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to optimize performance and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned by supervisors to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• WEB press machinery is an advantage, though not required.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment for maintaining industrial machinery.
• Safety-conscious mindset with attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret production plans and work efficiently to meet production targets.
• Strong communication skills, and solid problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Sense of responsibility and accountability for maintaining product quality and safety.
• Flexibility to handle varied tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
