We are seeking motivated Utility Operators to join our team in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals with forklift, machine operating, and manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic setting.

Location: Colonial Heights, VA

Pay rate: $19.85/hr

Shift Hours: Rotating 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am - must have flexibility to work all 3 shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain automatic balers, rewinders, and slitters.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a loud environment.
• Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere with a significant amount of downtime.
• Three 30-minute breaks throughout the shift.
• Opportunities for overtime available.
