Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Strong blueprint reading needed but willing to train
Familiarity with manufacturing processes like CNC milling, turning
Deburring and cleaning machined parts, performing quality checks, and preparing parts for shipment when needed.
Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with multiple teams, including Purchasing, Engineering, Assembly, and the Machine Shop (main point of contact).
Cleaning and organizing work areas, maintaining equipment, and ensuring tools are in good condition.
Requirements:
Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment
Ability to communicate openly and effectively to provide real-time feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must have the ability to react to production situations constructively working with a sense of urgency and in a team environment.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in an organized and timely manner.
Must be honest, trustworthy, safe, accurate, timely, cooperative, and conscientious in all Compco activities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must have a desire for growth.
High school required
US Citizenship or permanent residency required.
