Role

As a Machine Shop Methods Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Process Engineer, Production Efficiency Engineer), you'll develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, evaluate existing methods, identify areas for improvement, and design new processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. You'll also provide technical support to the production team, ensuring all processes are optimized for maximum efficiency. Experience with rotor screw air compressors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a machine shop.
• Proficiency in CAD software, CNC machining and programming, and other engineering tools.
