ADULT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY (ARF) ADMINISTRATOR-4I
QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES, AND POLICY
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the day to day oversight and support of residential service delivery including interviewing, hiring, and training staff, maintaining staff schedules, ensuring individual transportation needs are met, and maintaining quality home environments. This position supports individuals and homes in collaboration with the Program Administrator. This position collaborates with the Program Administration to ensure staff implementation of the individual treatment/support plans, activities and daily routines. Also, completes check in of medications and timely and accurate maintenance of the case management database.

· Be able to explain and promote the roles of dignity, respect, and empathy in human interaction and support.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the needs of supported individuals. Must work one weekend day or work on a weekend rotation to ensure adequate oversight and support on weekends as agreed upon with the Program Administrator in order to effectively meet the program needs. Must obtain and receive the T.B. shot series if required for the residential program.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of subsidized employment programs including but not limited to Career Link and Wage Subsidy. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, budgeting, assigning and director work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

· Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb/balance, stoop, kneel or crouch.

· DSP 2 (Preferred)
· DSP 1 (Preferred)
· Resident Service Provider (RSO) from IRC (Preferred)
· Driver's License (Required)/Proof of Insurance
