    Salary: $225,000 - $300,000

As we scale our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our company into the next phase of growth and success.

     

    Role Summary:

    The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational management of the company. This individual will work closely with the executive team, founder, and stakeholders to drive business growth, foster innovation, and ensure the company's long-term success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS, exceptional leadership skills, a track record of scaling startups, and experience with private equity exits and investor communication.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and overall strategic plan.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
    • Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective implementation of business plans.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

    Financial Oversight:

    • Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and investor relations.
    • Ensure financial health and sustainability, including fundraising, revenue generation, and cost management.
    • Provide regular financial updates and performance reports to the board of directors and investors.
    • Communicate effectively with investors and manage relationships with private equity stakeholders.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build and nurture a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Attract, retain, and develop top talent to support the company's growth and success.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.

    Customer and Market Focus:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the nonprofit market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Ensure the development and delivery of products/services that exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

    Communication and Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it to investors, customers, partners, and the media.
    • Communicate effectively with the founder and board of directors, keeping them informed of company performance, opportunities, and risks.
    • Foster transparent and open communication across all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior executive role within a SaaS or technology startup.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software development, and market dynamics.
    • Demonstrated track record of scaling a startup and achieving significant growth.
    • Experience with private equity exits and managing investor relationships.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing PE exit strategies.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and experience in fundraising, financial management, and investor relations.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
