Avila Senior Living at Downtown SLO is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Maintenance Assistant duties include but are not limited to facilitating the successful physical community operations by performing repairs and maintenance (plumbing, painting, light electrical, light HVAC, etc.) of the property that will promote a high sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents, families, and staff. This position will report to the Maintenance Director.
