  • Responsibilities

    The Park Lane is looking for a Maintenance assistant to join the team!

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure completion of work orders.
    • Assist with move-in/out details. Prepare/repair rooms for resident use.
    • Repair plumbing fixtures
    • Repair electrical apparatus
    • Repair appliances
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in floors.
    • Perform door removal and installation. Repair door locks and make adjustments.
    • Perform wall texturing, painting, wall repairs and wallpapering.

    Qualifications:

    • Handyman experience/skills
    • Electrical Knowledge/experience
    • Plumbing, painting, installations
    • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
    • High School diploma or equivalent certificate and a degree or certificate from a two-year technical school program preferred.
    • Must possess demonstrated success in a similar position.
    • May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver’s License.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess basic math solving skills.

    Work Schedule:

    • Sunday- Thursday
    • 10:00 am- 6:30 pm
