Complete Playground is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for our guests and staff. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep across all levels of the playground.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including trash removal, restroom upkeep, and floor care.

Conduct minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.

Ensure playground structures, café equipment, and public areas are safe and in working condition.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff.

Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report any needs for restocking.

Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.

Support event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance experience required.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays.
