    **Position Overview:
    The maintenance associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our Performing Arts Center, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for performers, staff, and guests. This role involves cleaning studios, restrooms, lobby areas, and other shared spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize dance studios, including floors, mirrors, door handles, barres, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
    • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, and floors are regularly sanitized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Keep lobby areas, hallways, and common spaces tidy, dust-free, and presentable.
    • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
    • Restock and monitor inventory of bathroom supplies, paper products, cleaning materials, and other necessary items.
    • Sweep, mop, clean surfaces, and disinfect door handles throughout the facility.
    • Assist in maintaining stock levels by notifying management of low supplies.
    • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors.
    • Report any maintenance issues to management, including outdoor furniture damage or necessary repairs.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility maintenance preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
    • Fix-it skills a plus.
    • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions as required for cleaning duties.
