Your ticket to success starts with a high school diploma or equivalent - that's your foundation for greatness!

You're a seasoned pro with five awesome years of facility maintenance adventures under your belt.

Your engineering know-how (through schooling and hands-on experience) is your superpower for conquering maintenance challenges safely and effectively.

You're comfortable being our everyday hero by:

• Wielding hand tools like a pro
• Showing off your strength with the ability to lift 50 pounds
• Being agile enough to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, and grasp
• Braving the elements (because weather doesn't stop our maintenance warriors!)
• Mastering the art of radio communication

Last but not least, you'll collect those important licenses and certifications like superhero badges - and keep them current!
