    Job Description

    We are hiring Service Coordinators to work onsite at our property in the Boston, MA area.

    The position of Service Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced role. You will be working directly with our current residents and assisting them with any requests or questions.

    • Expected base pay rate of $25.00 - $27.50 per hour + Monthly Lease Renewal Commissions. You will be provided a base pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

    ** What You Will Do**

    • Assist residents with any need
      • Complete move-in and move-out inspections
      • Scheduling apartment make-readies with in-house turn technicians and turn vendors
      • Updating management on the status of turns/service requests/various projects.
      • Perform Apartment Quality checks post turn and pre-move in
      • Perform Apartment Move-Out Inspections.
      • Become familiar with company purchase order and invoicing software.
      • Enter in service requests for residents
      • Answer questions regarding service requests
      • Responds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues
    • Receive incoming work orders and prioritize as needed.
    • Keeping our vendors accountable.
    • Work with residents in resolving initial problems before dispatching.
    • Open work orders and provide as much information before dispatching.
    • Dispatch necessary personnel and equipment for incidents.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records and daily logs of activities.
    • Operate software for data entry and upkeep of records.
    • Follow-up with residents to ensure work order was completed to their satisfaction.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    ** What You Have**

    • 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
