We are a fast-growing residential and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service In North Carolina and South Carolina, primarily in the greater Charlotte region, Piedmont Triad, Raleigh/Durham and Columbia, SC. We specialize in maintenance, repair, and installations primarily in the home improvement, repair and remodel industry. Our team of highly skilled professionals work to maintain our reputation of quality customer service with integrity, precision and expertise.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will possess an in-depth knowledge of routing and scheduling, as well as previous experience using scheduling and job tracking software. The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator with superb presentation and problem-solving skills. Main tasks include planning weekly employee schedules based on technician abilities, determining appointment lengths, daily communication by phone, email or various software platforms with customers regarding service requests, appointment scheduling and/or meeting times. This will be a remote based position so communication, superb organization/attention to detail and the ability to work will little management oversight will be paramount to be successful.

Responsibilities:
*Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems *Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments *Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential *Plan, schedule and dispatch technicians to project sites based on technician skill set, certifications, location, project and priority *Assists area maintenance supervisor in reviewing “ready to schedule” backlog for work to populate the weekly work schedule *Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar maintenance coordination/scheduling role is REQUIRED *High School diploma or GED *At least 3 years proven experience as a scheduler; construction experience with understanding of building and construction terminology strongly preferred *Strong experience with full Microsoft Office suite *Superb communication and presentation skills *Organized, reliable, and self-motivated *Strong attention to detail *Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment
