    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our thriving property management company. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating vendors, maintaining property information in the database, overseeing tenant maintenance requests and the work orders. As a successful Project Manager, your goal is to assist the Maintenance Manager, coordinate successfully with vendors, oversee multiple projects at a time, and communicate successfully with your team and clients.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate Vendor Jobs

    Maintain and upkeep property maintenance information

    Oversee tenant maintenance requests

    Oversee and execute the Preventative Maintenance

    Work Order Management

    Oversee the towing at all properties

    Qualifications

    Proven Experience in Property Management

    Knowledge of Local Ordinances

    Have the ability to communicate (via phone and/or email) in a professional manner with owners, vendors and tenants.

    Be able to self-manage and multi-task and meet deadlines.

    Experience with property management software preferred
