    Position Overview: The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our maintenance department. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and be excellent with time blocking to ensure dead lines are met. As a property management rental company, we are seeking team members who have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This team member filling this role will be the liaison between residents, vendors, and the property management team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and that tenants have a smooth move-in experience. Responsibilities: • Follow up on daily work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction • Dispatch maintenance requests to vendors and track progress to ensure deadlines are met • Maintain regular communication with vendors and residents to confirm scheduling and job status • Process tenant move-in check-in sheets and follow up on any noted issues • Conduct weekly outreach to recently moved-in residents to ensure they are settling in comfortably • Perform property walk-throughs and report findings to the management team • Assist with answering phones and responding to resident inquiries as needed Qualifications: • Prior experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively • Diligent at meeting deadlines • Proficient in using basic computer software and property management systems (preferred but not required) Compensation: $20 - 21 hourly
