We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our in office team! Job Summary: As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their day-to-day maintenance repairs. Responsibilities entail placing work orders for resident repairs, dispatching to vendors, and ensuring that all work orders are followed up daily and systematically. Your proactive approach will help us maintain our properties while fostering a positive living environment for our residents. Tasks include property walk throughs as well. Responsibilities: • Assist residents with day-to-day maintenance repairs and inquiries • Document and report maintenance issues in detail, ensuring accurate information is provided to vendors • Dispatch maintenance requests to appropriate vendors and track progress • Conduct systematic and routine follow-ups on open work orders to ensure timely resolution • Perform property walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs and enhance overall property condition • Process move-in check-in sheets and ensure all necessary repairs are completed before new residents arrive • Continuously seek and evaluate potential new vendors to expand our vendor list and improve service quality Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in maintenance coordination preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suit • A proactive attitude and a commitment to customer service Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
