Job Description:
The primary role and function of Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator is to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members. Gather and relay critical information to help streamline decision-making processes with leadership. Act as a liaison between maintenance teams, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations. Keep accurate records of maintenance requests, service updates, and follow-ups. Assist in prioritizing and coordinating responses to urgent issues. You will be required to stand, sit and walk for your entire shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in the customer service and know how to utilize a computer and has skills that possess the ability to keep organized and detailed records and generate reports through spreadsheets and documents.
Qualifications:
Extremely detailed
Knowledge of parts/inventory management
Computer skills (Google Doc/Sheets)
Willingness to adapt to needs and changes
Prompt responder and ready to report duties proficiently
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Ability to work well with leadership and contribute to decision-making processes.
Knows and speaks English fluently
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Basic knowledge of maintenance operations is beneficial but not required.
