You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, replacing, installing and repairing various electrical equipment into homes, businesses and factories. You’re familiar with using the latest hand and power tools, adhere to national and local safety codes, and have completed your licensing, training, and apprenticeship requirements. Responsibilities: • Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of electrical equipment • Ensure that the wiring meets all building codes and standards for safety • Diagnose and repair electrical problems, including component installation and replacement • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Certify newly installed electrical components properly function Qualifications: • Valid electrician license is required • Degree from electrician school is required • Comfortable in all kinds of working and weather conditions, from small confined areas to great heights • Candidate must have successfully completed electrician apprenticeship • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent Compensation: $35,000 - $70,000 yearly
