Principal Accountabilities:
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
Core responsibilities include troubleshooting, identifying problems, and repairing machines
Experience with Electrical panels
Monitor the correct operation of the computers
Respond to maintenance request and track work orders
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical and material handling equipment.
Avoid prolonged shutdowns for corrective maintenance
Support the control of the budget of materials and spare parts
Support process improvement to achieve lower production cost (improves maintenance efficiency)
Comply with the policies and procedures established for the department and the company
Knowledge of Machinery with automated control systems
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and manufacturing process
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineering or Related field
3 years of Experience in Maintenance Electrical, Technician or Operator

Must be extremely motivated and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail with great organization skills
Ability to think, prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
Language
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English and Spanish(Required)

Compensation Range: $18.00-$26.00
In addition to a competitive salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: vacation time, sick time, bereavement leave, paid holidays and medical benefits and 401(k) savings plan.
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what we anticipate to pay for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
