Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $16 - $17 Hourly
