Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing facility's equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, high voltage equipment, and precision measuring instruments. The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for long-term maintenance planning.
• Specify, design, and order specialized and standard spare parts.
• Coordinates emergency and non-emergency maintenance tasks with manufacturing.
• Responsible for design, operation, and functionality of work order system and utilizing data to make operational improvements.
• Reviews budget and spending history.
• Reviews manpower requirements for department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in engineering from four-year college or university, or four (4) to six (6) years related experience and high school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control Systems) to include PLC program refinement, maintenance, trouble shooting
• Working knowledge of electrical power systems and circuitry
• Working knowledge of CNC control systems
