Responsibilities: • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Experience with facilities management software is preferred
