Qualifications
Experience/Skills:
- Industrial maintenance professional with at least 10 years of Plant experience preferably in the Carbon and Graphite industry.
- Maturity and leadership presence which exudes confidence and motivates employees.
- College/Graduate level education is preferred, but not required.
- Willing to attend future school and training as needed.
- Well organized, precise with ability to build teams, collaborate and build consensus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to institute lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent professional written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
- Empathic with the ability to relate and establish report at all levels.
- Emotionally and Socially Intelligent.
- No non-compete which will interfere with joining Asbury.
- Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve plant manufacturing goals.

Working conditions
Must be available during non-work hours, as needed, including evening, weekends, and holidays. Must be willing to work up to 12 hrs. Per day or more when required. Must be able to tolerate cold, heat, dirt, and other environmental factors. Note: The proper PPE is provided.
Physical requirements
Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing and walking. Required to occasionally lift up to 50+lbs, and a coworker’s assistance can be requested. Ability to climb ladders and stairways.
