US Property Management Group is seeking FULL time maintenance technicians to join our team. Properties are throughout the Cincinnati area. Property Maintenance experience, basic plumbing, electric is a plus be capable of multi-tasking while working independently or with the team. MUST have a positive attitude with Tenants and Team.

Cincinnati areas

Requirements:

*Tools to complete work orders (power hand tools, plumbing tools, electrical tools, basic carpentry tools, etc…)

*Reliable transportation; a pick-up truck/work van is a plus

*MUST have a valid driver’s license

*Good written and oral communication

*Basic technology skills (training pertaining to our mobile app will be provided)
