Job Description

** Job Title:** Maintenance (Janitor)

Summary:

Primary duties include maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing plant and immediate area.

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of all areas of the plant as needed, or as specified on the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and order supplies as required.
• Verify proper supplies and placement of first aid stations.
• Perform repair and/or replacement of support facilities, as necessary.

Must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a janitorial or maintenance position or equivalent.
• Familiar with standard cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Able to follow oral instructions.
• Speak and understand English.
• Requires frequent bending, reaching and lifting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Perform other tasks as requested.

** Physical** Requirements :

• Prolonged periods standing.

Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
