    Job Description

    The Maintenance Manager for Domino's dough manufacturing and distribution facility leads the maintenance team to safely ensure bakery food processing equipment, physical structures, and mechanical and electrical systems are in working order and receive proper preventative maintenance.

    The Maintenance Manager will use their technical knowledge to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install Bakery equipment, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and computer controls. They will also supervise, train, and develop the maintenance team members, assist in preparing the maintenance budget, create plans for replacing equipment, ensure proper inventory and ordering of spare parts, identify safety issues and create plans to resolve them, and ensure site equipment meets EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines.

    Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 total compensation (base salary plus bonus)

    ** Hours:** 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday- Friday (with on-call responsibilities)

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Maintenance, Management, and Administration skills

    • Associate degree from a two-year college or university, and/or Technical School Training (minimum of two years), and/or minimum of 3 years related experience, and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade
    • Supervisory experience, including hiring, development, and discipline
    • Intermediate-level computer skills for programs such as Word, Excel, Groupwise, and a Computer Maintenance Management Program (CMMS)
    • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams
    • Effectively present information to peers, upper management, and team members in oral and written form
    • Define problems and draw valid conclusions
    • Interpret technical instructions and diagrams

    Certificates, Licenses, Regulations – Certified Electrician Electrical and Refrigeration

    • EPA REFRIGERATION CERTIFICATION (Type II or Universal) Federal requirement - preferred
    • Safe Food Handling Practices
    • A B I (American Bakery Institute) certified - preferred
