Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 90k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client is a well-established architectural millwork and cabinet company with a strong customer base with a focus on custom millwork in lobbies, restaurants, casinos, ballrooms, etc. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Phoenix.
• The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team and ensure seamless operation of the facilities and production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly maintenance and preventive maintenance plans.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment and building infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair production machinery, electrical systems – both high and low voltage, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
• Implement and track a preventive maintenance program, documenting all maintenance history and expenditures.
• Coordinate with vendors, management, and internal teams to address maintenance needs.
• Provide prompt, unscheduled repairs to production equipment as needed
• Ensure all safety regulations are met and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support maintenance of EVAP coolers, air conditioners, and general plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in maintenance management, preferably in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, test equipment, mechanical systems, and production machinery.
• Ability to detect and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools required for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Ability to work in a woodworking shop with exposure to dust, fumes, and high temperatures (85+ degrees in Arizona summers).
