Summary: Responsible for electrical and mechanical repairs across the plant.
Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on preventative maintenance and repairs.
Support production and other departments as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment; manage inventory and repairs.
Assist with new equipment installations and special projects.
Open and close factory and offices as required.
Service, repair, calibrate, and fine-tune electrical machines and devices.
Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates.
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Fabrication, machine shop, and welding (Mig/Tig/Arc) experience.
PLC troubleshooting (basic) and electrical controls (intermediate/expert).
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Managerial/supervisory experience (a plus).
BS/AS degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
