Job Summary: Responsible for supervising new installations and construction along with being responsible for maintaining grounds, facility, facility equipment, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment.
· Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems.
· Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, pneumatics, air, water, and sewer by working with outside contractors.
· Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production.
· Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/or services.
· Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment.
· Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment.
· Maintains an organized parts inventory. · Supervise production staff as needed
Job Requirements: · Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
· Able to lift 50 lbs.
· Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines.
· Work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
· Perform any and all other duties as instructed by leadership and management.
Mandatory Job Qualifications:
· High school diploma and GED equivalent.
· Previous manufacturing experience required.
· Food processing experience preferred.
· Two years Maintenance experience required.
