Position: Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Date: 2/11/25

Salary: Commensurate with Experience $30 - $35 / hr

Responsibilities include:

\- Collaborating on daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules.

\- Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components, such as bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and more.

\- Maintaining and ensuring continuous operation of specialized, fully-automated production lines.

\- Troubleshooting complex industrial systems, including PLCs and drives.

\- Working within safety policies, to include GFSI, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP.

\- Completing daily, detailed shift report.

\- Training / mentoring new employees and technicians.

Requirements:

\- 5+ years related experience in industrial maintenance

\- Positive, team-oriented spirit

\- Strong technical and problem-solving skills

\- Hands-on attitude with an interest in challenging work
