Join Our Growing Team as a Maintenance Mechanic at Matrix Pack North America!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the manufacturing world? Matrix Pack North America, a leader in sustainable paper straw manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Maintain and troubleshoot state-of-the-art machinery to ensure seamless operation.

Quickly address mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Work with operators and management to resolve problems and improve production processes.

Perform basic forklift operation and other hands-on tasks in the maintenance shop.

Participate in a dynamic, growth-focused environment with a small, dedicated team.

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM until mid-April.

After training, work a flexible 8-hour shift between 2:30 PM - 6:00 AM to suit your schedule!

Wages: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience) + Benefits!

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Experience with basic electrical systems is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a “go-getter” attitude.

Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus, but not required.
