Candidate should be self-motivated, reliable, forward-thinking, well- organized and able to communicate well with team members.

General carpentry skills, landscaping maintenance.

Facility preventative maintenance and repair, groundskeeping, electrical and plumbing skills are a plus.

Responsible for conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Proficient in power tools.

Experience with pool/spa maintenance or be willing to be certified.

Experience with golf cart maintenance a plus.

Must be able at times to lift heavy objects safely.

Assist with cleaning the common areas.

Assist with maintaining essential functions like electrical systems, heating, and air conditioning systems.

Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Must be over 18 to apply. Expected hours: 24 hours per week. May work over at times.

Schedule:

4-hour to 8-hour shifts

Days of the week TBD

Must be on call for emergencies
