    The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance schedules and activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability in a manufacturing plant. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to enhance maintenance processes and minimize downtime.

    Salary : $75,000 + Benefits

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
      • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
      • Prioritize work orders based on production schedules and equipment criticality.
      • Ensure that planned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner to avoid disruptions.
    2. Work Order Management:
      • Create, review, and manage work orders, including labor, materials, and spare parts requirements.
      • Monitor the status of work orders and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
    3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
      • Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
    4. Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
      • Facilitate communication between maintenance staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    5. Inventory Management:
      • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components for maintenance activities.
      • Collaborate with procurement to source and order necessary materials and supplies.
    6. Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the maintenance function.
      • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for maintenance planning and execution.
    7. Safety and Compliance:
      • Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
      • Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of maintenance management systems (CMMS).
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning software.
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment is required
