    Job Summary :

    The Maintenance and Process Manager is a combined position that is responsible for leading the technical support cluster on the maintenance of the company assets through preventive, predictive and corrective strategies. The Maintenance and Process Manager in the areas of mechanical design, maintenance and reliability, in combination with process operation tasks such as Root cause analysis, data analysis, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis, to ensure production continuity. This position also requires the management of utilities systems in terms of operation and maintenance.

    Job Description :

    Core areas of responsibility are:

    Supervising and leading all maintenance processes, operations and associated efficiency.

    Design, implement, control and optimize industrial processes

    Backlog control and priority system leader

    Asset management system overhead

    Critical Spare part control

    Equipment and maintenance record and statistics

    Diagnosis of specific machine malfunctions by operating, testing and inspecting the affected equipment.

    Troubleshooting complex problems in an integral approach

    Manage utilities operations to ensure supply service to the farm

    Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and Company HSE Standards, along with site security program.

    Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety system

    Skills, competences, and knowledge to perform the work

    Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent

    5-10 years relevant work experience in industrial processes

    Ability to lead others and inspire them to work hard

    Strong engineering skills

    Strong communication skills

    ERP System knowledge/experience a plus

    Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and automation areas

    Ability to make hard decisions and solve problems

    Good time-management skills

    Work Environment This job operates in a combined office and farm/production and construction environment.

    Schedule

    Standard hours of Monday through Friday 8 am - 4pm with the understanding that our farm is 24/7 hr. and the position may require occasional work outside of the standard business hours.
