    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Program Manager to join our team! As a Maintenance Program manager, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of the repair and maintenance department. Your responsibilities will encompass delegating activities to ensure timely completion, providing training for new employees, cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships, and overseeing high-profile client accounts. The ideal candidate should possess previous team management experience and exceptional communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Provide leadership and management for the team of project coordinators responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-profile client accounts

    Train all new staff to ensure compliance and proper working knowledge of the position, and coach current employees to ensure standards are met

    Assist the team in creating and presenting proposals for repair and maintenance projects

    Ensuring the successful execution of all account initiatives

    Maintain proper documentation of maintenance orders and changes as needed

    Prepare and submit monthly performance reports using our internal software for upper management review

    Ensure that all work orders ready for billing to the client have been reviewed, and verify that all necessary paperwork, photographs, and invoices have been uploaded into the system and are prepared for billing.

    Ensure timely closure of work orders by project coordinators to maintain workflow efficiency

    Ensure scheduled employees efficiently handle emergency phone calls during after-hours shifts and weekends and be prepared to assist if needed

    Generate work orders and change orders using our internal software and oversee work orders until they are finalized.

    Recognize and address job-related challenges faced by employees and offer solutions

    Inform the R&M Director about any departmental issues that may impact operations

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the repair and maintenance department

    Foster a safe, positive working environment

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in a management role, ideally in a facility management environment, desired

    Strong communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    The ability to perform maintenance operations

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
