Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team! The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant. This position requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and a deep understanding of reliability principles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and minimize operational risks.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enforce engineering standards to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop, implement, and manage reliability programs to optimize asset performance.
Conduct regular asset assessments, implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Apply your knowledge of mechanical integrity standards and industry best practices to improve overall plant reliability.
Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment.
7+ years of experience in a reliability-focused role.
Strong technical skills in mechanical integrity, rotating equipment, and process safety management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
