    Job Description

    Job Summary

    The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of all operational and maintenance tasks at CMI’s customer site located in Lakewood, CO.

    Key Job Functions

    • Organize, and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements and operational priorities.
    • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for preventive maintenance, repair projects, and vendor tasks .
    • Promptly address any scheduling conflicts or concerns to minimize disruptions to building operations.
    • Accurately track and document scheduled tasks, vendor performance, and project timelines within contractor scheduler system.
    • Ensure that all activities are documented in compliance with contract requirements and communicated effectively to the CMI team and key stakeholders
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma
    • At least (3) years of experience in similar position administrative position requiring tracking and logging of activities within a database or system.
    • Experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a project that covered multiple facilities of at least 250,000 square feet for all facilities.
    • Proficiency in the use of the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS)
    • Must be proactive and organized
    • Effective written and spoken communication
