Job Summary
The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of all operational and maintenance tasks at CMI’s customer site located in Lakewood, CO.
Key Job Functions
- Organize, and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with program requirements and operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for preventive maintenance, repair projects, and vendor tasks .
- Promptly address any scheduling conflicts or concerns to minimize disruptions to building operations.
- Accurately track and document scheduled tasks, vendor performance, and project timelines within contractor scheduler system.
- Ensure that all activities are documented in compliance with contract requirements and communicated effectively to the CMI team and key stakeholders
