Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of skilled work in maintenance, repair, electrical of buildings and equipment

Repairs and maintains small motorized equipment engines and also performs preventive electrical maintenance (lights, light tube changes, ballasts, outlets and electrical panels)

Inspects electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers

Performs preventive maintenance on company vehicles

Performs routine carpentry in limited construction work, building doors, counter displays, etc.

Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems

Qualifications:

Must maintain requirements to pass background check, driving history and drug test (including health card)

Must maintain a valid driver’s license with at least an F endorsement

Knowledge of modern electrical systems

Physically able to pass 50lb weight lift test and to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities

Experience with repairing appliances and willingness to learn new technology

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have great communication skills verbally/written

Salary negotiable based on experience.
