  • Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and installation activities for our facility. This individual will lead a team of maintenance technicians, manage inventory control of tools and machine parts, and ensure all work is completed in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities, contributing to a productive and safe work environment that supports the clients mission to be the Best Place to Work, Shop, and Invest in Cannabis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair tasks within the facility.
    • Oversee inventory control for machine parts, replacement items, and tools.
    • Train and onboard new maintenance technicians.
    • Supervise the maintenance technicians on shift, ensuring efficient and effective task completion.
    • Assist with scheduling daily maintenance and repair work.
    • Collaborate with the manager to develop facility-specific SOPs.
    • Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in line with company values.
    • Handle any other tasks or requests from management as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain valid marijuana work credentials.
    • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced technical skills in a maintenance specialty preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control and the ability to maintain facility equipment and tools.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well in a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when needed.

    Compensation: $65,000
