CORY is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor skilled in the multifamily real estate sector.

About Our Client:

Our client is an established real estate management firm with a national footprint and a reputation for success and career growth!

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance for a ~200-unit market rate + affordable housing community.

• Coach, train, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians

• Manage and monitor all service requests

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• Minimum of 2+ years of property maintenance experience

• HVAC certification is highly preferred

• Experience training and implementing OSHA standards
