We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Maintenance Support/Field Representative personnel to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and commercial property walk through, postings & Inspections, oversee several projects and assist with various on site/office tasks under the management of the Maintenance Manager.
Significant past experience as a maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
Posting notices at various locations & properties
Providing access to vendors as needed
Picking up and dropping off lockboxes at various locations & properties
Assist with following up on projects and maintenance work orders
Project Management
Assist with various & misc tasks for the maintenance team
Qualifications:
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment
Must have a vehicle with a up to date insurance policy
