Job Detail
Grounds
Clean sidewalks, parking lot, balconies, and stairwells.
Plant flowers, mow grass
Police property for trash and keep receptacles free of debris.
Weed prevention and clean up
Water grass and flowers
Snow removal
Electrical
All phases of installation, repairing and trouble shooting in commercial, industrial, and residential wiring and receptacles.
Carpentry
Installation and repair of cabinets, door, locks, keys, steps, decks, drywall installation, taping and repair and texturing.
Furnace and Air Conditioning
Repair and installation of furnaces and air conditioning.
Painting and Paperhanging
All phases of painting and paperhanging.
Roofing
Repair of and installation of flat roofs and shingled roofs and sheeting, once instructed.
Plumbing
Installation of sinks, water heaters, frost proof sill cocks. Sweating of copper tubing and working with PVC and ABS pipe installation and repair.
Any other items necessary for completion of maintenance tickets, maintenance get readies, balcony projects, and other maintenance related projects.
I will be responsible for on call, 24 hour emergency maintenance pager, which will be approximately 1-2 weeks per month for Cabana Club, Cabana West and Oakbrook. I will report for duties assigned at any of the 3 properties mentioned and any others that the Fred W. Ahlemeier Co. may acquire or manage.
