    The Maintenance Tech at K & S Manufacturing will assist in ensuring equipment and facilities are in top operating conditions by maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Preventative maintenance of machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

    · Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

    · Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and doing other preventive maintenance actions.

    · Proceed on assignments with minimum supervision and work is subject to final inspection.

    · Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

    · Mechanical aptitude with ability to interpret schematics and drawings.

    · Working knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, electrical, PLC controllers and process equipment.

    · Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

    · Good interpersonal communication skills.

    · Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities/tasks on a routine basis.

    · Must be detail oriented.
