Due to our recent growth, we are seeking experienced, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technicians with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. Our Maintenance Technicians are key members of our Property Management team and interact with our residents on a daily basis as they carry out general repairs and preventive maintenance, which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Repairs and improve vacant and occupied apartments
* Completes resident service requests in a timely matter
* Accomplishes carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other general repairs as needed in apartments
* Performs preventive maintenance tasks
* Conducts move-in/move-out inspections
* Keeps an adequate inventory supply level while ensuring service shop is clean and organized
* Adheres to established policies related to fair housing
* Assists in the maintenance/cleanliness of the common areas
* Maintains well-groomed grounds and exteriors including but not limited to trash pick-up and snow removal
Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Qualifications include:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* At least 1-3 years verifiable general maintenance experience preferred
* Must be able to have a flexible schedule, including weekends and being “on-call”
* Have valid driver's license
* Must be self-motivated and self-directed
* Be a team player and have a positive attitude

Maintenance Technician Level I Pay Range
$18-20 with raise possibilities up to $25 depending on skill and experience.
