Responsibilities: • Maintain detailed records of all equipment maintenance and repairs performed at the San Jose, CA facilities. • Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and effective management of maintenance tasks. • Perform regular maintenance on various equipment and systems like HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and address repairs promptly. • Conduct frequent inspections of building windows, walls, and doors to identify damages and carry out necessary repairs promptly. • Create and implement preventive maintenance procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce safety risks at the San Jose, CA facilities. Qualifications: • Availability to respond to on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends is preferred. • Strong knowledge and understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures are necessary. • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are important qualities for the ideal candidate. • A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is required for this role. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
