  • Responsibilities
    • Dynamic Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be hands-on with a wide variety of tasks, from fixing sewing machines to troubleshooting complex electrical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.

    • Diverse Skills Needed: You'll use tools like welders, hand tools, and electrical instruments to perform repairs across manufacturing machines, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more—no two days are the same!

    • Preventive Maintenance: A key part of your role will be conducting regular preventive maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns and keep things running smoothly.

    • Electrical Expertise: You’ll troubleshoot electrical issues, read electrical prints, and work with both low and high-voltage systems (110V, 480V, 3-phase) to fix problems quickly.

    • HVAC and Plumbing Repairs: From changing air conditioning filters to fixing leaks and unclogging sinks, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining the building’s systems.

    • Hands-On Carpentry: Whether it's fixing equipment or crafting crates for production and shipping, you'll be using carpentry tools to meet the needs of the production floor.

    • Fire Protection & Safety: You'll ensure that the fire protection sprinkler system is functioning and conduct safety checks to keep the workplace safe and compliant with safety guidelines.

    • Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized spare parts inventory and order parts when needed to keep production running smoothly.

    • Tech-Savvy: With basic PC skills and the ability to use technology to track repairs and inventory, you'll streamline maintenance tasks and keep everything well-documented.
