You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • This is a part time position with weekends required and on call evenings. Qualifications: • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Part-time with weekends required. On-call nights. Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
